"Parking was good. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and accommodating. I’m allergic to cats and dogs and I am thankful had no issues in my room. This was my only concern when I first booked this hotel."

Cooking stains on the ceiling. the wood grain cabinetry was scratched damaged all over.torn chair upholstery, tv remote barely works, dirty wood floor covered in dog hair….punched hole on wooden bathroom door.etc…… Awful, so bad, got up to leave by 6am, no service attendant to be found for checking out…."

"At first glance this property is nice, but the listing is misleading and the home has not been well cared for. It's really a shame that VRBO is allowing property managers to remove less than stellar reviews that are actually accurate. This is my second try submitting a review on this property. The hot tub is cold unless you pay an extra (high) fee per day after booking. The property is dirty, uncared for, and has broken furniture and light fixtures that flicker all day long. I have photos and videos of this. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. All around is was an uncomfortable stay and not worth the value of what we paid. Very dissappointing. "
