"Toilet would not flush properly they can by used a plunger. Did not fix it. Shower would not drain properly. "

"Overall wasnt a bad experience, we were booked at the oaks, which we did not understand was across the road and limited amenities. The pools heater was broken at the oaks so the pool was very cold. We were able to access the amenities on the main side but inconvenient with children driving across a road soaking wet from the pool. The outside wasnt bad but definitely could use some landscaping and extra love. "

"Very dirty hotel they only clean three times a week and you need to ask them there were cockroaches in my room so I left today ahead of schedule. They did not want to give me my money back. I would not recommend this place. They charge you for a resort fee and it’s not a resort it’s a motel"

"This is a timeshare type place they will try to sell you but they didn't hound us. Just asked while getting parking pass and I said no and that was it. The unit was nice but no ceiling fans and the AC had trouble keeping up and they sent maintenance out. Fixed it and next night same issues. We bought some fans and that seemed to help the unit. I would recommend bringing your own fans they have no ceiling fans to circulate the air. The location to the parks is great. The condos seem a little older but still nice. If it wasn't for the in room hot tub I would definitely opt for a few of our other favorite condos first but after long days at the park the jetted hot tub in the room was nice. We had a pool view room I would not recommend that because the first day kids were just having fun and it was like the windows were open. If we stay here again will request a top floor and city view. "
