We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental. Additionally, there seemed to be an infestation of small flying bugs all over the apartment. A collection of these bugs were stuck in a web in the lower right-hand corner of the window in the bedroom, and a number of the bugs were found all around the nightstand to the right of the bed. Further, the bugs infiltrated the kitchen and were found in a closed donut box that had been sitting on the counter overnight.
In addition to the cleanliness issues, please know that the primary mattress is very uncomfortable. We had to rotate the mattress the first night because it was so worn down on the end that was originally closest to the headboard. Even after the rotation, the mattress felt very worn down and was not good for sleeping with 2 adults. Further, the sheets on the mattress were itchy and pilling. The headboard is also not attached properly to the bed frame and frequently clanked against the wall when one person would roll over while sleeping.
