“Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. ”

It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. “Lovely property very clean, beautiful view had an amazing time. Lots of stairs up to the apartment but worth it. Brilliant hosts very organised, though please note £25 damage fee non refundable or £200 refundable. ”

“A wonderfully quirky cottage, but with everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen; some of the comfiest beds I've slept in; big sofas for lounging on and a landlord who's quick to reply to questions. Ideal for a family - bedrooms are adjoining. Thoroughly recommended. ”

“Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking……
