The second thing was that breakfast was included but it never said it was a continental breakfast in the room. Lastly there was a dog in the room next to us which wouldn't stop barking which was quite annoying."

We spent 3 days driving the coast and around most of Norfolk and coming back to the peaceful hotel was what we needed. A minor glitch with their internet the first day which was speedily sorted. Definitely come back to The Harper next time we come to beautiful Notfolk."
