“I booked a room with two beds for my daughter who had several appointments at the Mayo Clinic. As soon as she got to the room she started texting me. Her room had ONE window and it was leading to the LOBBY of the hotel! Is this permitted? Everybody could see her in the room so she had to keep the curtains closed. So, it was very dark all the time and felt a bit depressing. She was lucky that she could walk and spent almost all the time in the lobby but she felt bad for those patients that need……

“Staff here were very friendly and kind; our son was seen at Mayo Clinic and we were running late to do our check out but we called and asked if we could move it up to another hour and they were kind enough to say yes and that made this trip easier and stress free. Highly recommended!!”

“Everything great except two bugs in the restroom”

“Ivan the maintenance man was the best experience of our one night stay. I finally had to go down to the front desk (after 2 phone calls to them and waiting 45 minutes for help to fix our TV remote) the young man there at the desk I spoke to on the phone looked miffed and then the woman in charge made things happen. Ivan came to our room by the time I got back up there. He was so pleasant and friendly. He got things fixed and said a gracious goodnight. Great customer service! That’s all. Dear……
