"Great pool area for little ones! "

"The room was very clean, parking lot was well lit at night, staff were very friendly. We initially thought we were going to have 6 people stay in our room and that’s what I booked it for. We ended up with only 3 of us thank goodness because when it was time for bed; we pulled out the couch bed to find no linens anywhere for it. We were too tired to bother the staff at that time of night for more linens so we crawled into the 2 beds. We did go to the pool area which was very nice except there were no towels available when we got out. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very quick and helpful to help one family that had an accident. Overall, it was a very good place to stay. "

"The hotel is an older hotel, however it is really taken care of and very comfortable. Our room was large, bed was comfy and the pillows were wonderful too. There are cute animals made out of the washcloths and hand towels. A cute addition for your stay. The breakfast was pretty satisfying. Something for everyone. Hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cearals both hot and cold, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Will definitely stay there again when in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping just down the street."

"Valet parking is nice. The location is convenient to Mayo Clinic and Methodist Hospital. Shopping is close by if you need a break. The staff is generally nice. Body wash was out in the room and Kleenex when we arrived and we had to call down for that. Room temperature control was great. One issue is the noise. Even with a set time that guests should respectful to others and quiet down, it isn’t adhered to. On our second stay, when we called the front desk, they offered to call the police. It would seem much more reasonable to just send security to say “hey, these are the rules, watch your kids and don’t let them run all over with out you up and down halls slamming doors..” Then sent security who was very lax about it- we watched / listened and it was never going to be taken seriously. Some of us are not here for for play and to enjoy the city, we are here with serious medical conditions, or spending hours and days at the hospital with a very sick loved one; in these cases sleep is something needed and coveted. Maybe ask guests the purpose of their stay when booking them and place them on floors that make sense. It seems highly inconsiderate to put someone in a horrible and exhausting situation to deal with the inconsiderate guests when some of us truly just want to sleep. Even with ear plugs, air on, and a fan- the doors and walls are paper thin. I’m not sure we’ll stay again even tho we have many future medical trips. It’s really frustrating."
