"I have never experienced a worse hotel stay. Especially the restaurant/bar and server named Ren. She was rude, not only to myself but numerous other patrons. There also were elevator issues as well as issues that went unresolved. People staying there are using patients or visitors of the Mayo Clinic and it is a very difficult time for most. This is not a vacation destination. Because of the treatment I only stayed one night and went to Centerstone Plaza instead. I highly recommend them. Never the Kahler. To this date, they still have not released the charge on my credit card. Another example of poor service "

"The chlorine smell from the swimming pool was so strong that you can smell it through our room all day and night. Staff at check in wasnt friendly. room was dirty when we check in"

I have stayed at a number of hotels in the area, but have decided to keep coming back to the La Quinta Inn because of room cleanliness, affordability, and the option to bring my pup along with me. "The rooms both nights I was there, were very clean, very spacious, great beds, and so quiet! There were several groups there so I thought it might be extra loud but it was the opposite. Easy access to Mayo Clinic was helpful as well. A great place to stay!"
