“Location, Location, Location! Quite and clean.”

“Good parkking”

“Nice rooms and good breakfast”

“VERY CLEAN AND AWSOME STAFF..GREAT PARKING...NICE POOL AREA..VERY COZY...CONVENIENT TO ALL ACTIVITIES...”

“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……

“Fun place to stay and close to downtown food and fun.”

“It was everything we needed to stay for a few days. The price was very reasonable. The on-site restaurant looks great but we only had coffee there. We didn't use the pool but it was clean. They have bicycles and beach supplies for you to use if you visit the nearby beach; it's a very cool bonus I haven't seen at other places.”

“Had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time away. I felt safe throughout the stay, and the location was excellent, with cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The host was wonderful (very easy to communicate back and forth with, even left an itinerary with recommendations, LOVEDDD THATTT) and truly, appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Would absolutely recommend this……

“Great location! I’d go back if ever in area again!”

“Clean room”

“HUMID INSIDEThe air conditioning was a real issue. The room was cool but not cold. The air conditioner did not remove the humidity from the air at all. Most of the fabric surfaces were moist to the touch, which was very uncomfortable. The first night, the air was so thick I had to use an asthma pump. It is a shame the room was great otherwise. I think a dehumidifier would have made our stay a totally different experience.”

“The hotel was very nice and in a good location for honeymoon state park, downtown dunedin and tarpon springs . We had a huge room with balcony. It felt very spacious. Parking is under cover which is a plus. Multiple restaurants are nearby, convenient since the hotel doesn't offer an actual breakfast. Coffee, tea etc and yogurt , fruit and granola bars.”

“Water was very clear, but adjoining tree constantly sheds leaves this time of year.”

“Great cleanliness”

“The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. The beds and bedding were very good. Lots of amenities for……

“Loved my stay at this property in Dunedin! It was exactly what I needed, and was located in an area that was easily walkable to everything in the downtown area. Anastasia was very responsive to my texts upon arrival and throughout my stay whenever I had a question. Parking/location may seem a bit tricky at first but if you pay close attention to the directions provided you will find it easy. It was all exactly as stated. Looking forward to staying here again for future trips to the area. ”
