“Well don’t stay in room 303 air didn’t work properly no balcony I was dissatisfied because for the money we paid to upgrade to a better room I thought it had a balcony, I’ll go back to staying sunset vistas for the same price and it’s beachside with balcony”

“Nice view, we had a gulf front suite with a kitchen and two bathrooms, however It felt more like a converted condo than a hotel or resort. For five hundred dollars a night we expected more.”

“Our stay at RumFish was unfortunately disappointing overall. I really wanted to love this resort because the location and beachfront atmosphere are great, but too many issues added up. The rooms are extremely outdated, including the TVs. Our shower had awful water pressure, our door lock gave us problems, and the AC cannot be lowered below 68°, which is frustrating in Florida in August. There wasn’t even bottled water provided in the room. One of our biggest frustrations was the golf cart……

“I feel like the Don does not match its pricing anymore. You’re staying there now only because you’ve been coming for years or it’s because it’s the Don. The staff aren’t helpful or accommodating, the restaurant food is not good, the rooms are dirty and need some restoration. You’re paying $600-$2000 a night and the staff treats you like you’re at a Motel 8 doing THEM a favor. We’ve been coming here for years and just feels like the quality is decreasing. It’s not more that pink palace……
