“One star avoid this hotel. I prepaid for my three-night stay through Expedia. My Expedia receipt clearly states that $1,248.27 was already paid and only $118.65 was due at the property. However, the hotel gave me a folio showing $292.40 in charges and also placed a separate $450 pending incidental authorization on my card. When I questioned the conflicting amounts, I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation. Even worse, during check-in, the manager specifically told my mother and……

“Room was clean and organized and a very neat property. Only issue we had was the pool wasn't heated nor did the spa/hot tub. The dock was very nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!”
