“Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need. Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! They are worth it, in every way. Never seen the city like this as an out of towner. The whole experience was amazing fun. Especially for NYC. Only if you think this is family friendly: 5 flights of stairs with no elevator and no where to keep a stroller and a room with a crib with no room darkening and no AC and bad WiFi so your camera won’t work… oh and the wonderful soothing smell of weed wafting through the thin walls when you hear the loud music bumping through the night. Want to feel like you’re in the wilderness? Stay here!! Bugs in the shower and bedrooms, no AC and no drawers to put clothes in. The AC was……

“We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect and close to everything in downtown and very convenient for getting around. The house was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views. The building staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything exceeded expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.
