“The condominum was just perfect for our visit to meet our daughter 's boyfriends family. There was ample parking, the condom was located right on Lake Charlevoix and being 1st floor you could walk right out to the water area. The interior was very clean, decorated nicely with a beach theme. The kitchen was well stocked, nice bathroom linens and the beds were comfortable. There is a very nice laundry room as well to keep your vacation clothes clean. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds, so if……

“Property was clean, and photos accurately describe the unit. Pre arrival communication was good. Pass card for pool is easy to use. unit is small but very well use of space, small storage cabinet was thoughtfully filled with items you may need during your stay. I would recommend this property. It should be noted that (2) restaurants are within walking distance, but not that close. and the members only beach association is not walkable - it is a short drive. GPS will take you to the first……

“great!”

“It was such a beautiful property with a nice and clean room. Easily big enough for 4 people. It also had a fairly large size bathroom and a separate area to get ready. I loved that. Vickie was pleasant and easy to work with. And, checkin was super easy. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“As always we have enjoyed our Bellaire stay! We love this condo and the amazing view… Bellaire was always a best kept secret and seems people have found out about this quiet slice of peace and quiet because for the first time in over 10 years the place was crowded… the reason we have always loved visiting here was that it wasn’t crowded the way Traverse City and other surrounding towns are.. but like all those beautiful cities people start to give away our secrets and spreading the word. While……

“Very clean and comfortable stay!”

“This is a great place for a couple. Bigger and nicer than a hotel room but less expensive, and with the same amenities.”

“The condo seemed to be needed some repairs and some upgrades. Shanty Creek seems a bit run down from what we remember.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The property was beautiful, welcoming, and felt like home. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great location.”

“Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable. We were in close proximity to the downtown area and beach. Wellness spa was in the same building and we treated ourselves to massages during our stay.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We needed to change our travel dates and I was very pleasantly surprised that someone answered my call on a Sunday. The house was amazing, clean, and very well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for……

“We enjoyed the view from our balcony the most.”

“When I booked it said it was a water view not a street view. It was for our 30th anniversary and wanted a water view. While it was a great unit it was right on the busy street at the bridge. The listing should be more accurate. Very disappointing.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved this condo. It was very clean. We loved the fact that it had an upstairs bedroom. We had a view and very close to the pier where you could walk and see the sunset. Close to restaurants and shopping. If we ever come back to visit, we……

“The condo was clean and bright with great views of the drawbridge. Nice balcony view as well. Front desk was friendly but not helpful in resolving issues. Unusual layout of condo, with bathroom directly in the bedroom. Condo lacks lighting--no table or floor lamps. Adequate kitchen supplies. Inconvenient dishware cupboard; difficult to get dishware out.”
