“Great place! Great host! Very communicative host who saw to everything. Lovely property with a great kitchen and back deck area! Close to everything we wanted to do on Lake Martin. Our second year at this place, and looking forward to next year!”

“This property is perfect for a couple or small family! Extremely clean and awesome location! The owner is so nice and friendly! This is the first time we ever stayed in a property with the owners home on site. It is perfect! Large dock to sun bathe on and swim right out in front! Highly recommend.”

“The only negative thing on this listing is that every bedroom doesn't have a TV. Other than that, Perfect.!”

“The phone charger didn't work.”

“Good value for the price.”

“This is an older Hampton Inn. The sheets and towels were clean and overall the room was as well, but definitely could have used a deep cleaning. I would stay there again though no deal breakers.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and the lake is beautiful. Hosts are very nice. We plan on coming back.”

“Perfect property. Met our needs explicitly.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!”

“There was no breakfast, the noise was terrible, someone screaming and banging on a door a few room down from us Saturday night. Someone ended up calling the police. The air conditioner was noisy and didn’t work the best. But my biggest complaint is the no breakfast.”

“The host communicated check-in procedures very well. Everything was very clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the balcony is. We would definitely recommend staying here.”
