“The Retreat is gorgeous. The views of the Volcano and Lake are amazing. The pescatarian menu is perfect for vegetarians and pescatarians. All three meals are served. We did not have meals included but very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The pocket sized gathering places are charming - slider over looking lake, dining room and reception, the separate lounge area with tea and coffee looking into the jungle. The evening walk was fun. The property is on the top of a very steep hill……

Behoorlijk ruim, grote bedden, complete keuken, nette badkamer, heerlijke douche!

“Spectacular View. Nice staff. Decent restaurant. The only complaint is lack of sound proofing.”

“The hotel is nice just a little bit old. It has great view and service are good. We took hummingbird trails there and enjoyed a lot. ”

“The breakfast is terrible . The renew room is fine . Cut the rest is terrible also. ”

“Lovely stay for my husband and me. Enjoyed the game room, pool and the breakfast was very delicious and filling. Waitresses were amazing”

“Just returned from our stay. 10/15-10-19. One word to describe our overall experience. Magnificent! From the moment we arrived until the moment that we left. The staff, food, room, amenities, cleanliness, the grounds, and the breakfast lived up to the expectations I had from previously reading reviews. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, but I do acknowledge that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. The Royal Corin is an amazing place and we truly enjoyed our stay. If you are……

“Had a lovely weekend stay here. The view over Lake Arenal is unbelievable! Ana was a delight every morning and made wonderful breakfasts. Her sweet cats roaming around on the property was a huge plus for me. Great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and undisturbed but still only 20 minutes from restaurants/conveniences. There are toucans in the trees next to the bungalow every morning.”

“Muy buen hotel y a buen precio”
