“Adan and Marianne were perfect hosts and far exceeded our expectations. Communication and check-in were easy and they even called to help us navigate a GPS error (on our part) on our way there. Property was clean and their flowers were beautiful. They gave us fresh fruit and pastries in the morning. Our 2 young kids quickly took to Adan and Marianne, plus their two adorable dogs. “View was amazing. Rooms clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Only had one small issue with thr refrigerator and the host fixed immediately. The only other issue was the stove ignition didnt work but simple to use a lighter. The location of the property is great, close to everything.”

“The views of this home are absolutely beautiful which is why we rented it. Unfortunately, the home was not clean. There were huge cobwebs with large spiders. Insects in the kitchen drawers and the comfortabler in one room was very dusty on top. You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to the home once you're close. It's an incredibly steep dirt road to get to the drive way. None of that was mentioned. I've never written a bad review, but we were supposed to be there 3 days and left after the……

“The property was in a nice family neighborhood, with friendly helpful neighbors, and a gorgeous view that was accurate as shown in the photos. We loved El Castillo overall.
The host advertised this via Expedia as "Entire place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and that is what I expected we were reserving and paying for. We got there and found it was 2 separate studio rentals on levels 1 and 2 of the house. The landlady was nice……
