“The property was in a nice family neighborhood, with friendly helpful neighbors, and a gorgeous view that was accurate as shown in the photos. We loved El Castillo overall.
The host advertised this via Expedia as "Entire place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and that is what I expected we were reserving and paying for. We got there and found it was 2 separate studio rentals on levels 1 and 2 of the house. The landlady was nice……

We waren blij verrast met ons verblijf.
Behoorlijk ruim, grote bedden,complete keuken, nette badkamer, heerlijke douche!
Ligging is prachtig met uitzicht op de Arenal Vulkaan. Marianne heeft ons gezin ook meegenomen om vuurvliegjes te bekijken vlakbij de accommodatie! Dit was echt GEWELDIG! kenden we alleen van tv..

“The views of this home are absolutely beautiful which is why we rented it. Unfortunately, the home was not clean. There were huge cobwebs with large spiders. Insects in the kitchen drawers and the comfortabler in one room was very dusty on top. You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to the home once you're close. It's an incredibly steep dirt road to get to the drive way. None of that was mentioned. I've never written a bad review, but we were supposed to be there 3 days and left after the……
