“We had difficulty accessing the apartment, finding the gate and just opening the door. A deep cleaning was needed, couch is dirty, a the carpet between the bathroom & bedroom is un attached. Wish I had known to bring lotion & kleenex & face soap.”

The unit needs some TLC above and beyond what cleaners are generally expected to care for such as very worn and bleach-stained linens and a very dirty bathroom exhaust fan grille and dirty stove drip pans. I also felt that I received an excessive amount of texts in conjunction with my stay. Sometimes less is more.”

“The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.”
