“Loved the location and ease of check-in. It was a little loud at night, but that should be expected due to the area. They even provided a white noise machine and ear plugs. Only issue was parking. I was under the impression I could use their lot which was not the case. I parked across the street which ended up being $45/day which I wasn't planning on spending. Just note that parking is not guaranteed and street parking is near impossible.”

“For my money, this is the best place to stay in Austin if you are traveling solo or with one other person. It is a fantastic location. I was a little worried about parking but had absolutely no issue with that. It is such a lovely set-up and so very clean and comfortable. I really looked forward to coming home to this space after running around town all day. Excellent option at a very reasonable price. I will be back.”

“Well stocked for our stay, clean, and prepared. Centrally located to downtown, close to trendy bars. Wonderful fenced courtyard w fire pit and grill. Complaints: The beds were sub par with thin mattresses, and creaky beds. Surrounding Street was sketchy with vacant houses, homeless presence, and broken down cars. Mattresses and trash piled on the sidewalks and alley. Alley and entry parking was extremely tight.”

“The home is nice and clean. We did have trouble with the driveway, it is very long and narrow, front resident could park their car a little closer to their door to allow more room for the back visitor to get by. Trees did make it challenging to enter and trash cans were left too far out. We could not get the kitchen lights to come on and Master bedroom fan made a loud noise the whole time it was on. Master bathroom lights were not all on, 2 needed new bulbs and the others flickered quite a bit.……
