“Great host, great communication, great amenities ”

“Very clean and quiet, well decorated, very accommodating for 2 people. We liked the gated grounds and gated parking, we felt very safe. There were a lot of local type restaurants with high ratings close by. Bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.”

“My brother was very comfortable! He enjoyed the last sachet of Christmas tea :).I appreciate how communicable and available his host was, especially when my brother forgot a couple of items and was able to go back a few hours later to retrieve them!”

“I was visiting Austin to help with some family stuff. The location was great for us and very comfortable. Two king beds meant my sister and I didnt fight over who got the big bed. Beautiful wooded area out back complete with deer one evening. Very close to a HEB for groceries and all the stuff in the kitchen for coffee and cooking. Anything that came up was quickly addressed by the owner. ”
