I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. “Communication was spot on about every detail. The studio apartment was very nice in appearance and was super clean. I loved sitting outside on the balcony and loved the big trees that were part of the property. Although our weekend activities were in the Austin area the drive to and from was not at all long. In fact, we enjoyed returning back to this area and the tranquil nature of this property. I would highly recommend!”

“Apt is nice. Bed is very comfortable. Made mention to host that perhaps adding a new pot & Pan set for the kitchen would be a nice upgrade for the next traveler. He stated that he would. Property is nice and quiet and wifi is very good. Live TV via Roku was amazing. Perhaps adding a dresser in the bedroom would be a nice addition for future travelers. Check in went smoothly after a minor technically issue with the app but Ames was proactive and was very quick to respond and help. Parking was a little bit of a challenge though.
