“When I saw the glass covering the front desk I knew it was a poor choice the hallway was dim and no circulating ac. My room was hot and I turned on ac and it was noisey. I then noticed the 2 locks on the door and door was loose. I then went to desk and politely asked for a refund. He said I could have another room and I stated I did NOT feel safe staying there and he would not return my money. I said that is fine and stopped payment on my card. Tried to contact Expedia and that was a wild goose……
