“I was there forna gold tournament and the room was nice to stay at. I did not use the pool or other amenities while there.”

“When I saw the glass covering the front desk I knew it was a poor choice the hallway was dim and no circulating ac. My room was hot and I turned on ac and it was noisey. I then noticed the 2 locks on the door and door was loose. I then went to desk and politely asked for a refund. He said I could have another room and I stated I did NOT feel safe staying there and he would not return my money. I said that is fine and stopped payment on my card. Tried to contact Expedia and that was a wild goose……

“Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin.”
