“This was such a cute, convenient, surprisingly cheap homey house! What you see is what you get. It was surprisingly roomy, for being a small studio-esk place. The location was away from craziness, but conveniently close to many things (Magnolia or not). Next to it is another VRBO, almost sharing a driveway, so just be aware if you’re not really a people person, in case you have close neighbors. “The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.”

“We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“The house was really nice however it did not have toilet paper or paper towels. It was not 100% clean which surprised me being that they charge a significant amount for the cleaning fee. They also have someone living in the back of the house which I wish I would have known but he didn’t bother us at all. It was easy to find and comfortable and they did allow a late check out which helped us out being that we were there for my mother who had a major surgery at BSW Hospital. I would definitely...

“My family had to start our travels earlier than planned in attempt to out drive developing storms.I asked Erin for an earlier check-in and it was granted.Upon entrance, there was a personalized sign to welcome us, which helped me forget my wetness and weary. “This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion. “The property was easy to get too. Was close to UMHB and that was perfect. Unfortunately the door cofe didnt work at first and we was late getting in the property by 4 hrs. The property manager was good at letting us know what was going on. She was very nice and the house was beautiful. Needs a little touch up here and there but its great for kids and teenagers. The barbie room was the best. Will definitely stay again. ”
