"We had a wonderful stay with family and friends. The house had a great set up for multiple families. The property is beautiful! Such a lovely setting right by the river. It is right behind a train track, but the noise wasn’t bad. I definitely recommend that you bring your own food to cook meals as there are hardly any nearby options for restaurants- especially in the off season (we stayed in March). Close proximity to Ohiopyle State Park and Fallingwater- both of which are great day trips....

"We had an adventure staying at the property. Chris was very accomdating to fix any minor issues. The home was clean and fit our family needs. Our pups enjoyed walking around in the fenced in section in the front and exploring the neighborhood on the walks. The spot is literrally down the street from WISP which was clutch. My father-in-law didnt have 4WD so his truck got stuck at the bottom of the hill. We made it work and still made it to our appointment for snow tubing. Overall awesome...

"We were a group of 16 with one wheel chair person and people from all around the USA. Matt was great to communicate with. :-). He was responsive and fast. Place was as advertised. It's a great 80's retro place. There is some deferred maintenance but it did not interfere with our stay. The place had multiple fridges, an outdoor commercial grade sink, multiple BBQs, multiple TVs and lots of seating. The place has a commercial grade dual burner coffee maker. (what a great idea). "I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world...

"Such a cute place!! The house and hot tub were very clean! Awesome location and easy process for check in and check out. My husband and I had a great time!"

"Everything was in great working condition and was just what we wanted. Hot tub was great and had plenty of space for fires. My only complaint was that there was no sponge to clean dishes, which made a simple job very frustrating when trying to leave."
