When I reported it to the front desk, the manager seemed genuinely surprised that our room hadn’t been cleaned, but that didn’t change the fact that the issue was never resolved. The air conditioning was another major problem. It constantly cycled on and off, and every time it came back on, it blasted an extremely strong stream of cold air directly toward the bed,……
