“Wonderful hosts whom made us a late request dinner. Rooms were clean and neat and everything was well decorated and functioning. A very nice breakfast as well. A minute to the ferry to Isle of Mull giving plenty of time for a day exploring Duart castle and Tobermorey.

“I very much appreciated the personal welcome, not just receiving access codes via a text. Janet, the manager, was very welcoming and exceptionally friendly.
The room and the house were clean and had a warm flowery scent. I was lucky to have been given a room with a direct view to the sea. This made it even more pleasurable to sit in the armchair and drink my morning coffee and night drink.
Should I visit Oban again, I would definitely try to get a room at the Hamilton Guesthouse again. Thank……

“An absolute gem of a property - from rooms, bar, dining room and staff. Wonderful breakfasts prepared each morning. Do yourself a favour and book yourself a dinner there as well. “The view out the front window of the hotel is beautiful. The food was ok.. not amazing. I ordered the risotto and it was terrible. We ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for drinks and their restaurant was booked and had more options. Jay the manager was super friendly and the room was comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated and clean.”

“The darling couple who own and run the B&B are extremely delightful. Our hostess started us off in the morning with a delightful breakfast, good cup of coffee and good advice or directions to our days activities. She made sure we enjoyed ourselves. “The hotel and our room was visually well decorated and quirky. Our room was unreasonably hot without the heater even being on. The temperature outside being approximately 13o. We could not open our window as some sort of generator was right outside. Noisey and possibly the source of the heat in our room??
The breakfast was again visually gorgeous and the breakfast selections ample.”

“The room was the best we had on our trip. It had shampoo, conditioner, soap in both the sink area and the shower. There was cold water and milk in the refrigerator and coffee/ tea. There was also a heated towel rack and great big towels. They also provided a shower cap. It was large enough that you could both move around the room. Highly recommend”
