“Der Empfang war ziemlich forsch und hektisch. Das Sup-Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Abendessen hat uns nicht geschmeckt, ausser das Salat und Gemüsebuffet war gut und vielseitig. Aber auch da war der Service sehr hektisch, alles musste schnell gehen. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt und waren schon öfters unterwegs. Von gemütlich essen weit weg. Frühstück war auch nicht berauschend, aber okay, es gab viele verschiedene Kuchen, keine Eierspeisen.”

“Check-in was prompt, friendly and professional in the best German tradition. The parked, and our bags were taken to our room right away. Received a Suditrol pass, allowed free access to local trams and public transport as well as valuable information about local activities. The lobby is not grand - two chairs, a stool, some water and a dog water station. But do not be misled, as this is a five-star offering in terms of room and service. The two elevators are fast.
