Carmen was kind and helpful if we needed anything, and has put a lot of thought into providing information about the local area! "Hotel is perfectly situated in the core historic area of Bolzano. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The Südtirol Guest Pass provided to guests allows use of public busses, trains and the Renon cable car - we used it multiple times. Rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

The hotel staff was wonderful and provided excellent recommendations ( like taking bus to Ortisei and not driving) and lending extra hiking back packs and poles. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean and the location In Town was perfect. The restaurant and bar were lovely food was very good. We will recommend the hotel for sure."
