“The staff were very courteous and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was always hot and ready for whenever we wanted to eat. Having the coffee and tea ready 24/7 was a nice touch. Cleaning staff and work was very good.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, nice spot on the beach, pool is very nice, lots of nice little spots to hang out. Only parking available is valet and no microwave in room”

“Ok”

“Overall great experience at my stay.”

“This beautiful and unique property exceeded out expectations. If you are expecting a large, corporate room, this gem is not it. Expect pretty views, a laid back atmosphere, kind staff, and a boutique feel. We came for my husband's birthday but I hope we make it to Latitudes many times in our future.”

“The only disappointment was pulling into a parking lot and wondering why your “beach resort” looks like a 2 story motel on the rough side of town. On neither website(Expedia & main website) does it show a photo of this building. It was brought to our attention that the lani kai beach resort and the lani Kai bay inn were two completely different places, which was the biggest let down. As we approached the building we noticed how freshly painted and clean the property was so we will give credit……

“I didn't expect the place to be so clean and up to date. We were very pleased all around and was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable. Thanks kukoo inn, Gray Byerly”

“I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!”

“The inn is sweet and beautiful. Absolutely spotless!”

“No hay personal desp de las 5 de la tarde que te ayude con nada . Si quieres ir a un hotel que lo tienes que llevar todo este es el hotel . Tuve muy mala experiencia llegué desp de las 5 pm y estuve dos horas para que me dieran un código para acceder a mi habitación”

“Really just a small motel room. Nothing special at all.”

“Super cute location, very clean and had everything we needed!”
