“The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.”

“Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. The property manager was very helpful when we needed to store our bags before checkin as well as accommodating our need for a late check out! Definitely recommend!”

“Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. “We come in every year for the holidays to visit family. It is a great location with access to Balboa and Newport. It is right in between the bay and the coastline. Fair warning the interior doors are not solid so if you need quiet for littles to nap this may not be the place for you. The attached patio is nice to sit and enjoy the gorgeous weather.”
