“Great area, very nice and helpful staff, and nice area to be around for bars and restaurants. Room was small. especially the bathroom. There was a leak dripping onto the sidewalk hallway that caught me by surprise but other than that little little property on Balboa Peninsula. I forgot her name but she noticed there was a charger on the asphalt behind my car and called me to my room saying she picked it up and was holding it for me. 3.5/5, 4/5 if you don’t mind small spaces in a good area.”

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……
