“Three generations of our family enjoyed a weeklong stay in Douglas’s beautiful home. The setting is stunning - nestled in the woods on a pond, with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy, but still close enough to town to enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and other activities. The home was built with amazing attention to detail, with all of our needs anticipated and plenty of space for everyone. Douglas is a responsive and friendly host. We hope to return in the future! ”

“This is a very comfortable and beautiful place. It was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed. We did have a lot of trouble with the front lock not letting us in so we did have to go around to the back door a few times. This is definitely place that left us with some fond memories and we would look to come back to.”

“Seaglass cottage is located just across the road and sand dunes from the amazing Park Point Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The cottage is outfitted with everything you need. The cool breezes of Duluth allow fresh air with open windows but if it’s too hot, the cottage has AC. We especially appreciate the plentiful wash cloths and towels. The dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer are a really nice way to help guests feel like they can relax. The two porches are wonderful spots to visit or...

“The wife and I spent our 23 year anniversary at this place. Very close to lots of cool things the North Shore has to offer. You can be in Two Harbors (Tipsy mosquito is cool) in a matter of minutes and you can be in State Parks in a matter of minutes as well. You can literally walk to Betty’s pies and we even took a journey all the way up to Grand Marais (Angry Trout is outstanding)approximately an hour and a half. “It was a great getaway. The house and location where amazing. Just a little issue with a few of the games that we were looking forward to using. The oven didn't seem to heat properly when making pizzas the top was done but the crust was still doughy. The only other thing i would suggest is the handicap ramp to get into the property had a piece of wood making it hard to get onto the ramp itself. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. ”
