“The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch.”

“They are in the middle of updating I guess. When we got there we had to wait about 30 mins or so because they were still working on our room. Then they were going to give us a room without a key so we would have to go to the office to get their key. After waiting all the time they decided the room still wasn’t ready so they gave us a different room in the middle building which there was a huge spider web across the whole entrance that I don’t see and I have a fear of spiders and had to strip……

“We had an amazing time at the Blackhawk. I haven’t been in many, many years. The service and cleanliness still remain perfectly the same. The staff goes above and beyond. The other guests have been coming year after year during the 4th of July weekend/week and are very respectful and pleasant. The hot tub in our suite was new or newer and worked very well after full days out and about.”

“Good location for your downtown activities the river walk right across the street from the hotel staff was friendly made our stay very comfortable. Something came up and we had a extra person with and Deana the lady at the front desk offered us a bigger room with no hesitation and CJ made sure we had clean sheets after our first night. The staff made us feel at home. I do want to say that even though it was a holiday weekend and they were booked there was no loud noises from other visitors and……
