“The pool room with an actual Hot Tub is the highlight. We paid for a “ suite “ which was hysterically not that. Our room was an awkwardly oversized ALL OPEN RECTANGLE. Beds on one end small t.v. on the other end with dance floor space in between and small old couch against outside wall. The whole room was vinyl flooring. Making it feel more awkward and bare. The bathroom went almost the full length of room so very very long with tub shower on end of room and as typical didn’t drain properly. Had……

“The staff was extremely helpful in a lot of extra needs we had and we got everything for free.”

“There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.”

“The staff (Brent) at the front desk when we checked in was super helpful (even when I mistakenly booked our hotel for the wrong night). The room was clean. The pool looked great even though we didn’t get a chance to swim. The AM breakfast had several options. I would recommend this place to family and friends.”

“Fridge didn’t work. Tub didn’t seem clean. No soap. Shared shampoo bottle was not clean. Otherwise it was fine.”
