“The room was clean but outdated. No usb to charge phones and no smart tv. The remote to the tv didn’t work had to used a direct tv on the back of the tv to turn the channel.
The night staff was RUDE. We travelled with littles and one of them locked us out of the bathroom. Called front desk and was told no maintenance on site so we may have to move then came with a screwdriver and opened the door and stormed out. We were obviously an inconvenience to her.
Breakfast bar was good. Pool was cold.”

“I booked a non smoking room. They had me sign paperwork that I would not smoke in my room then placed me in a smoking room. When I spoke to them about it, he told me it was a non smoking room and I stated that someone had smoked in it and I needed another room. He had an attitude and acted like I was the problem. The breakfast was horrible. It consisted of bread, jelly, butter, 1 yogurt and 1 honey bun.”
