“This property was in a perfect location. A little off the beaten path of all the tourist attractions in Branson. It was clean easy to access. We were very happy with our stay. Would stay there again.”

“Great stay great price”

“The condo has a dedicated parking space and is across the street from the walking path into town. It is located just outside the downtown core about a 10 min walk. We did have difficulty with the tv remote control and let the owners know. They were very responsive and sent maintenance to fix it. They were also flexible about us extending the check-out for parking only on our last day so we could go and have brunch before leaving. It was a very good experience.”

“Great stay. Very clean and just as described. Host very responsive.”

“Loved this location! Couch, chairs and bed are super comfy. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee every morning on the patio. Quiet area. No noise at night which is very much appreciated. Grocery store, gas and restaurants are less that .5 miles away which is super convenient. Would happily stay here again in the future. Host was very accommodating with our schedule and promptly answered all questions.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Aspen and her property. She was incredibly accommodating, and the space was perfect for a getaway. It was centrally located, clean, easily accessible, and had everything we needed! It is always nerve-wracking to book through a site where you aren't 100% sure what you're getting, but with Aspen its garunteed to be a breeze. I will be recommending her to anyone who goes to Eureka Springs, and we will definitely be back!”

“Tera the host was amazing to work with. They did special one of a kind things inside the units like supplying ingredients for s’mores, suggestions for pictures, fun treasure hunts.m, etc. Very unique never been to a place with a personal touch love it. I will definitely go back.”

“We were on the second floor so you have to climb 2 flights of stairs with whatever you’re bringing, but we had a beautiful view of the lake! The condo was very clean, in fact, the entire property is kept extremely clean!, It is very nicely decorated with a leisurely sailing theme. The countertop is beautiful! Good water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water, the bed is very comfortable! We loved everything about this place! The only downside I noticed is the dumpsters are all the way on……

“What a beautiful property!! The owners really thought of every single little detail with this property, all the way down to sweet treats for our dog!! I would recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful place!!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay! The duplex was very comfortable and clean. We all had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!”
