“First of the drive to the property was stunning as we were fortunate enough to catch the beginning of the Fall colors with one evening of snow fall that left the beautiful mountain tops covered in glistening white snow. The cabin was nicely nestled on the edge of Browns pass so lots of wildlife could be captured throughout our stay. The cabin was clean and organized with basic essentials. “We had a great time staying here in FairPlay! Beautiful views, we even saw elk from the front porch a few times. Plenty of room for our large family to spread out and not feel on top of eachother. There was an issue with the microwave the first night and we didn’t have much firewood for the fireplaces but we immediately got a email back and by the next afternoon both issues were fixed. So happy with our stay here, would definitely stay here again the next time we visit. ”

“Very quiet, very peaceful! Cabin is rustic (as advertised), but has a good kitchen, bedroom and living area. Don't expect TV, but the WiFi is great, so you could stream to a tablet. Very clean and comfortable for me & my dog (even a fenced yard for the dog. And the little streamlet by the porch was a wonderful accompaniment to morning coffee on the porch!”
