Fine experience but the unit itself could use some TLC.This was my first tiny home experience and I know space is at a premium, there was ample storage but literally not a single place to sit that was ergonomically comfortable for more than 5 minutes. We ended up just veggin' out in the beds, which was fine, but unsustainable if one actually lived here or stayed more than a few……

“We enjoyed our stay in Leadville. The house was exactly as advertised. It was very close to stores and restaurants and reasonably priced for the time that we went. I wish there had been instructions on when the garbage picked up. I didn't see any big bins outside so we just left it in the house. We were only there for 5 days so there wasn't too much. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. It was very clean.”

“The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing. It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house. It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all. We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store.”
