“We had a great time. The grill didn't have any gas when we arrived but we got it sorted out, Russ was very helpful! There also wasn't much hand soap for the bathrooms but nothing that we couldn't easily work around. Can definitely recommend!”

“We planned a girl's weekend away with my best friend, her 2 daughters, myself and daughter. The cabin was perfect. They thought of everything and it was perfect. We did a quiet morning of meditation on the back porch and a moose wandered through! The hot tub was great and we loved being able to move the TV away from the wall to watch movies while crafting”

“Located 30 minutes from Breck and a little over an hour from Keystone very clean and comfortable home with plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook both breakfast and dinner both days with no issue. We really enjoyed time there! ”

“Beautiful and very private location with a great hot tub close to Fairplay. The cabin is very well stocked and comfortable. I really enjoyed running on the Sacramento Creek Ranch trail network. It has about 3 miles of wooded and/or creekside trails ideal for running or hiking. I used the convenient back entrance at a gate (with a road closed sign) on the south side of Sacramento Creek Road about 1/3 of a mile west of the cabin. The first Sacrament Creek Ranch trail sign is about 1/3 of a mile……

“This was perfect. It was quite & away from everything but a short drive to town. We all enjoyed the sledding, snowball fight and just walking around in the snow. We saw a moose and tracks of other wildlife. The house was clean and well stocked. We look forward to making another family vacation here. ”

“First of the drive to the property was stunning as we were fortunate enough to catch the beginning of the Fall colors with one evening of snow fall that left the beautiful mountain tops covered in glistening white snow. The cabin was nicely nestled on the edge of Browns pass so lots of wildlife could be captured throughout our stay. The cabin was clean and organized with basic essentials. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Easy access to town and surrounding areas. Our family enjoyed……

“This was a wonderful relaxing trip for us. Remember it’s right at 10,000 feet. Acclimate. I can’t say enough good about this home. There were three of us adults but this house is a dream for kids too!! The host was easy to contact and took care of everything quickly! You will not regret this home. ”

“We had a great time staying here in FairPlay! Beautiful views, we even saw elk from the front porch a few times. Plenty of room for our large family to spread out and not feel on top of eachother. There was an issue with the microwave the first night and we didn’t have much firewood for the fireplaces but we immediately got a email back and by the next afternoon both issues were fixed. So happy with our stay here, would definitely stay here again the next time we visit. ”

“The cabin was a few miles off the main road with the directions accurate and easy to access. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Beds comfortable with plenty of linens. Appreciated the host who was available for questions and wanted us to enjoy our stay. Recommend this property.”

“Very quiet, very peaceful! Cabin is rustic (as advertised), but has a good kitchen, bedroom and living area. Don't expect TV, but the WiFi is great, so you could stream to a tablet. Very clean and comfortable for me & my dog (even a fenced yard for the dog. And the little streamlet by the porch was a wonderful accompaniment to morning coffee on the porch!”

“Cassandra’s place was absolutely perfect! From the pre-arrival communication to everything about the stay itsef.. pure magnificence! — The location is top notch, with mountain views and privacy. The cabin itself is epic, with two floors of the finest attention to detail and mountain-themed ambiance. — our two dogs had the best time exploring the property, as well. — we made some lifelong memories over our 3 days in the cabin and will return again soon to make some more. — Can’t say enough good……
