“These units were very well thought out and comfortable. Bed was great, kitchen stocked with useful tools and basics that were so nice to have at our disposal. It’s clean, modern and our stay was very restful. Checking in and out is a breeze - door code sent to you 15 minutes before check-in. Would definitely go back if we’re ever in the area again.”

“Clean . No instructions for coffee maker , we never figured it out had to go out to find coffee. That was my only complaint. Easy to get to tubing and waterpark that makes it easy . Oh also you should upon check in let people know not to keep there card key near any car keys or phones . We got locked out once . ”

“Great stay by downtown with decent views. Would definitely stay again!!”

“We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of our room. During our stay winter storm Blair came in and we had to add another night. I was impressed with how easy it was to extend our stay. Thank you! ”

“The Historic Court Square condo in downtown Charlottesville was wonderful and one of the best rental experiences in my life.  My girlfriend and I slept comfortably in the king-sized bed, keeping cool with air conditioning and enjoyed coffee in the back sun/dining room each morning; then we walked the downtown area and pedestrian mall, people watching and reviewing numerous dining options.  The area of Charlottesville where the condo is located is rich in history and vibrant with students and……

“Such a fantastic place! We were only there for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. TOP of the line everything. Bed was like a dream sleep. I loved the curved dining table nook for doing a little work. And the location...nothing better if you are visiting Monticello. Great find. Great stay.”

“Very helpful and resourceful host. A few of my employees stayed here and the check in helped tremendously.”

“This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do.”

“Clean, well stocked with amenities, excellent communication, ideal location, lovely outdoor features, fairly priced. I would recommend and visit again.”
