“Very nice clean cabin, with a great view from the top of the mountain. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. It is somewhat remote from any shops and restaurants, so plan your trips accordingly. We enjoyed the quiet mornings, fun family day trips (Lurray Caverns, hiking and driving Skyline Drive), and peaceful evenings. The host will introduce you to the horses and allow you to pet and feed them (with supervision).”

“This house has a cabin feel to it. Quiet neighborhood and everything is so green! Loved sitting out on the porch every night. Took a walk every night as well to ease out the cobwebs from city living. It was close to major stores and a good breakfast place, Jack’s. Serious antique shopping area. Can’t count how many we went to. Shenandoah national Park is close by and so green and majestic. Many trails to try. Wineries nearby awesome. Will definitely visit the area again. Thanks Natchez!”

“Perfectly sized rental for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Great location. Loved the Swift Run creek that runs right by the house - very peaceful to hear it from inside or outside the house. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Host was responsive and easy to contact through the Vrbo app.”

“We had a nice trip staying at this tranquil cabin. Host quickly responded to our questions. But they don’t have WIFI currently.”

“I enjoyed the space and accommodation. I was a bit overrun by large black ants, lady bugs and a few wasp. Constantly killing and sweeping. The lodge restaurant and pavilion were enjoyable.”

“This was the perfect spot! Everything was just as described and better. Perfect location for visiting Shenandoah National Park. The lodge is beautiful. My room was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable. I loved watching the beautiful sunrise every morning . Highly recommend!!”
