“My family has stayed here multiple times and this time we were a bit disappointed. The pool needed cleaned. the bottom was brown colored, the hot tub was broken and we asked for an extra blanket and was told the hotel only had 1 extra blanket and didn’t carry any extra pillows. Staff was wonderful as usual Like i said this was my first not so wonderful review out of my last 4 stays there”

“Breakfast menu was not quite as varied as other Fairfield Inns I've stayed at, but it was adequate. Glad to have non-dairy options for my coffee at breakfast (which seems to be rare for most hotel breakfasts) Room was clean. Decent shower and comfortable bed.”

“Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple……

“Close to Norte Dame and clean”

“Beautiful location, well maintained ; seemed like a brand new hotel. Spacious , clean and comfortable rooms. Fitness facility was excellent. Friendly staff , dining options and golf course view added a five star charm .”

“Hot tub was warm but the jets weren't working however the pool area was very nice and clean. ”

“Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again.”

“Overall the stay was good. However, for a handicapped person staying on the 2nd floor with no elevator available was challenging. The sitting chair had a wheel missing. Unable to use. It was mentioned to staff, but no response. For those guest like my husband and I who has a late evening flight the opportinity to have a later checkout time would be helpful. Some hotels charge an additional fee. Normally half price of daily room rate. And some hotels, have a holding space, at no charge, if guest……

“Clean and quiet room. Breakfast was great as normal for Holiday Inn.”

“Too much pet dandruff in the rooms. I could stay or sleep in the room.”

“The breakfast was very nutritious with plenty of options. The male breakfast service guy was passionate about his work and very pleasant. Employees greeted me with smiles and hellos. Quiet on a Monday and Tuesday evening. Great smart TV with plenty of apps. Nice bath and body products - Hampton being environmentally conscious with the bigger bottles attached to the walls. Close proximity to restaurants and fuel station.”
