I just checked in and it was a disaster, we were waiting for 20 minutes for someone to assist us at the front desk, they assigned us a room on the ground floor, 124, which has a leak in the sink. They told us that they can't change us and they put a bucket and towels in the bathroom, which is a mess. There is also a lot of noise, a phone rings that is never answered and people from the laundry room chatting at this hour. It's not fair to have paid almost 200 dollars for this, we have a tired 1 year old baby and another child unable to sleep. I demand a refund.
