“Hosts were very responsive. Beautiful floors, be respectful and don’t wear your shoes. Good walking distance from the park and coffee shops. About a 30-45 min walk to the riverfront. Great scenery along the way. We felt safe and comfortable. We recommend staying here. The only downside is the noise from upstairs guests. Not unexpected though, hardwood floors up there too. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo on W. Broughton Street! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of downtown Savannah and one block- easy walking distance to City Market Savannah, with plenty of shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars nearby. We were in town to see the Savannah Bananas play, and this was the perfect home base for our trip.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. “I’ve stayed in the carriage house for this property before. It’s as described. No surprises. Location is great. I walked to the river and back without incidence.
