“Very clean”

“客房乾淨”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. “飯店周圍有許多花店，環境很好，隔音也不錯 有附很簡單的早餐 缺點是房間打掃速度很慢，常常到下午五點還沒有打掃好 寄放行李要收費”

“The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!”

“Unpleasant experience ”

And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”
