However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and……
