“チェックインからアウトまで携わって頂いた全てのスタッフさんに感謝します。足腰の悪い高齢者の母の誕生日旅行でした。食事の案内に部屋まで迎えに来てもらったりデザートを部屋に運んでくれたり。お陰様で気持ちよく過ごせました。温泉にも無事入浴できました。お世話になりありがとうございました。”

“남,여 스파 다 깨끗하고 야외온천 좋았어요. 직원분들 친절하시고 프리이버시한 식사시간 정말 좋았구요. 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 조식도 맛있었구요. ”

“Incredible experience, ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was impeccable, even the public bathhouse was very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The in-room onsen bath although was semi outdoors, still could be heated , the facility was perfect. ”

“The property was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and excellent explanations. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The hot spring was also really nice. They change the men's/women's periodically, so make sure to experience both! I especially appreciated the fine touches that gave me a small smile - the same artist who made the flower vases also made the coffee cups in the lounge :) And the coffee was excellent.”

“原本打算到貓貓溫泉酒店過一晚除浸溫泉外，又可和貓貓一齊開心的過一個晚上但很失望，晚餐是店舖叫的外賣份量很少是普通的定食不能加量而且得幾嚿肉，這點必須要改善。 若要和貓貓玩卻原來需要進入另外一間貓房並要付款才可進入，這一點也令人失望！ 職員是非常的友善有禮，這點是值得讚。性價比不高。”

“お部屋は清潔で広く快適に過ごせました。 客室の温泉も好きなだけ入れてとても良かったです。 夕飯、朝食も豪華で品数も多くとても美味しかったです。 食事は本館でしたが、すぐに送迎をしてくれたので助かりました。ついでに本館の大浴場も入れたので満足出来ました。 支配人、スタッフの方も気さくで皆いい方でした。”
