"スタッフの方々が、とても親切で対応が丁寧でした。宿泊の建物から、オーナーが手創りされていたり、最新のトイレやビンテージ調の可愛い冷蔵庫。海外のグリルなど、それぞれにオーナーの想い入れを感じました。 BBQのお野菜やドリンクは、無料なのに？？とビックリするくらい充分用意してあって、カラオケやシーシャなど、迷惑かな？と、思いつつ、遅い時間にお願いしたところ、笑顔で対応してくださり、夜は宿でゆっくり楽しめました。 10名以上での利用でしたが、全員また来たい！と、思った素晴らしいグランピングビレッジです。"

"Our stay is above expectations. Room size is good. Beds are comfortable. Location is good, with easy access to local tram and walking distance to Kumamoto Castle. Very close to Ginza shopping arcade. Breakfast was very good as well. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel in Yufuin! Location is mins walk away from Kinrin Lake so you can enjoy the excellent morning view. Hotel room is clean and comfortable, and the private onsens are really great for relaxing. Dinner and breakfast are really must try in my opinion. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful too."
