My only complaint comes in relation to whatever AI they are utilizing as a live person sending texts regarding our stay. Don't ask for towels or wash cloths, the AI does not understand that simple request. Also, don't ask for any recommendations outside of the restaurant located on-site. Obviously, the AI only considers their restaurant as being suited to our dining needs."
