"Hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and beds cozy. Was a comfortable stay for 2 nights."

"The room was very nice. It had a balcony which was a big plus! The TV could not be seen from the bed, but a easy furniture rearrangement worked out great."

"I didn't stay. Prepaid for reservation. Given first key to room that hadn't been cleaned. Given a second key to a room that had someone staying in it. Couldn't stay as they had no clean rooms ready. Asked for refund and was told they couldn't give me all of my refund. Asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get a receipt. Worst personal experience in all of my travels. Had to go to a Holiday Inn Express down the street and pay for a much higher rate for my two nights. I won't give up on Hotel 6 but I will never stay at the Huntsville site ever again. Expedia needs a better review of offerings before they add a hotel to their list. I need Expedia to help me get all of my money returned to me."
