“I asked the host (David) before i booked if we could check in half an hour earlier than the posted check in and he said "of course you can" and then i booked our stay. 3 weeks later on the day of our stay i get e-mail from the host stating NO you can not check in earlier. I e-mailed back asking him why couldn't he tell me that earlier and not 2 hours before our stay after we were driving all day but i still have no reply.Otherwise place is ok if you're just looking to stay somewhere for a night ”

“The house is run down and doesn’t match the quality shown in the pictures. When I contacted the manager to ask questions on how to operate things, the response was obviously AI with very generic answers not tailored at all to the actual house. We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house. Bathrooms were not cleaned with mildew found on the shower curtain and the toilet water level was……

“The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons……

“The property was very spacious. We did have issues with flies getting into the home from a huge gap in the front door, we had to stuff a towel in it to prevent flies from coming in. There were also huge flying roaches on the back patio so we weren't able to enjoy the outside. Lastly, neighbors dogs and cats barking and crying all night, didn't get much sleep. The house has a great layout with plenty of space. A shame we couldn't enjoy it more.”
