“This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was flawless and our stay was an absolute 10/10 from top to bottom. Keep in mind this property does have stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms, but the double railings made it a breeze for my elderly parents. “Clean quiet mother in law type unit attached to the main dwelling. The hosts were friendly and attentive to any needs, of which there were very few. Fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, butter, English muffins and bagels. Also beer and some juice. Fresh fruit on the table. We had a wonderful stay.”

My only critique would be that it smelled quite strongly of something like moth balls or similar. It was perfect for us because instead of being on top of each other in a hotel room we each had our own bedroom and could have some private time. “Quick and easy spot to the BigE. Outside doesn't look like much but neighbors are friendly and the apartment is very nicely done and well taken care of with all needs addressed. Leading thru a maze of spaces including the hot water heater, shower curtain walls, exposed wiring and piping from below the home. The cheap linoleum flooring was so unsafe and uneven.
