Welcome to your ideal mountain retreat in the charming Timberland neighborhood! This spacious home features a fantastic floor plan designed for gatherings, making it perfect for family and friends to enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer. Just a short walk from the public beach at Hurricane Bay and minutes from popular California ski resorts, you'll find the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
The entire home has been meticulously designed to maximize relaxation with all the modern amenities of a mountain cabin. Featuring a grand fireplace, a chef's kitchen, and beautifully appointed furnishings throughout. The dining table comfortably seats eight, ideal for memorable family meals after a day of exploring. With three supermarkets within five miles, stocking up on supplies is a breeze—you might never want to leave!
With five generously sized bedrooms, there's ample space for two families to unwind after a day of outdoor fun. The backyard provides a serene escape for enjoying the fresh mountain air, and in winter, it transforms into a snowy playground for kids and adults alike.

You can access the bike trail and ride to Tahoma or to Tahoe City. You are also just minutes to spectacular views from the top of Eagle Rock, a very short and easy hike for most. A short drive to Sunnyside Restaurant, Firesign Cafe and bike rental shops.
Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 12 adults
* Occupancy: Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
**All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation. Access to the property will be denied without a signed rental agreement **
